All for One

Granularity of the Biological Orchestra Symphony

8 January 2024

Unfinished btw

I was talking to a really kind friend of mine, we were talking why I really like trading and I explains it because it's absurdly hard and it made me face the rawest of emotions and how to tame it through plans and the emotions that are really complex in nature.

Me: I need to be absurdly constantly challenged its weird by some standards

Her: You love challenges, you love the thrill

Me: Oh what the ikigai says though, obsession towards something, gives a healthy life, like it makes them people on the blue zone live longer, bc they like the thrill of life, i suppose

Her: Like we need to have something that we really like to keep us live our life to the fullest

Me: Yeaaa its actually also biologically healthy for the brain also, like it makes it stronger immunity, its soo supernatural or sorts. How come one’s opinion about life can actually make the cells in the body also more stronger to prevent the biological death of aging? Its fucking crazy

Her: Cause when we do something that we really like, and when we did it perfectly as we expect it to be, we may felt some kind of jolt of adrenaline, do you agree? that’s why we love the thrill, adrenaline keeping us alive, physically, and mentally ig. The power of our mind

Me: Yeah i know and I agree but its still so absurd to think about it granularly, theres single individual cells that is somehow self aware by one’s opinion about life, the T Cells that helped immunity, the skin cells that gives wrinkles, the muscle joint that can be worn out through aging, all of it is on a perpetual cycle of giving and taking through information exchange by THE FUCKING MIND

Me: Through the neurotransmitter of stress, the neurotransmitter of dopamine, elevated joy and the lack of dopamine that gives a reason for absence of activity and motivation, all of it is a play, a play that can be seen and traced back, consequences of boredom and the reward of optimism, all of it is orchestrated by the mind and communicated through neurotransmitters to single individual cells, its so eerily beautiful. Skin cells live and die, it could not care less about the whole as T Cells could stop helping us prevent getting a flue but must pay the price of existing, being wired to the whole, the fucking individual beautiful biological human being

Her: You describe it so well as i started to picture it in my head scene by scene, those events, all happening repeatedly inside our body each and every day

Me: Yeah now we just happen to know how theres direct correlation between one’s opinion about life and how the granularity of our biological being can metaphorically, anthropomorphically, be depressed when we’re depressed and be happy when we’re happy

Her: I knoww rightt
